Morning walks

We have been loving walks in the morning for our daily exercise (though we just spent a week being sick with some sort of yucky cold). It’s been unseasonably hot in New England, and morning is the best (coolest) time to get our bodies moving. Today, I got the boys out and we were back into the shade by 9am. We will probably enjoy another walk late in the afternoon because it is supposed to cool off a bit.

I enjoy walking as a nice way to get some exercise without taxing my adrenals and thyroid too much; this is key while I put #hashimotos into remission.
