NingXia every day

Who has heard of NingXia Red? If you’ve been following this blog, you’ll have noticed I mention it from time to time. Let me tell you a little about it.

We drink NingXia Red daily, first thing in the morning. Hubby prefers to grab a sachet on his way to work, while Big Brother and I enjoy our morning “shots”; I like to make a custom one for myself with a drop of vitality oil such as Frankincense, Orange, Copaiba, or whatever I’m feeling like that day. Some people like to add multiple vitality oils – fun and flavorful! Since beginning to drink NingXia Red daily, I’ve noticed less midday energy lag and more pep in my step during our morning routine.

So why is it called NingXia Red? The source: NingXia is a provence located in the inner Mongolian region of China. It is fed by pure glacial water and has perfect growing conditions on the Yellow River. It is known as “China’s herbal Medicine Valley” by the locals, and there are more centenarians in this region than anywhere else in China. That, my friends, is where the wolfberry can be found. Some call it the goji berry – you may have heard of it. But the thing that makes NingXia Red special is that it is made by Young Living, and D. Gary Young prizes quality above pretty much everything else. He found the best, ensured it was being grown in the best way, and combined it with other amazing things for a refreshing supplement to support your whole body.

Now for some nutritional tidbits: NingXia Red is full of antioxidants, bioflavonoids, and phenolic compounds that help your body to combat stress and oxidation. Hooray! In addition to the wolfberry purée, a blend of highly nutritious fruits is included: blueberry, aronia, cherry, pomegranate, plum, and grape. A special blend of citrus essential oils (Tangerine, Orange, Yuzu, Lemon) rounds out the recipe and adds powerful d-limonene to the drink. Also good to know: wolfberry contains every essential amino acid and has 13 percent protein content! NingXia Red is also Kosher and Halal approved.
