Okay, here are some oils (and products) I keep on hand in addition to the Golden Touch collection. I am doing my inventory of what’s low and in need of replenishment now ahead of the germy season so my family will be well supported and hopefully avoid most of the nasty stuff!
Oils: Oregano, Rosemary, Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Breathe Again roll-on, and Purification. These oils are all very effective and versatile. And here’s something interesting; Young Living doesn’t charge anything above production cost for Oregano oil. They want it to be accessible, so they don’t make any money off of it – that’s how great it is – they want everyone to have this oil in their home! In the interest of staying compliant, I’ll not make a list of everything you can do with these oils, but I highly encourage you to research them and try them! You will be so glad you did.
Products: Thieves hand purifier, Thieves lozenges, Thieves sanitizing spray, NEW Thieves cough drops, Thieves household cleaner, Thieves mouthwash, ImmuPro supplement, Inner Defense supplement, Super C supplement, Life 5 probiotic, NingXia Red, and Young Living’s lip balms. A few tips from my personal experience: get your NingXia Red in bulk at the beginning of the cold season to save yourself from having to pay higher rates for expedited shipping (you have to use faster shipping during winter months so it doesn’t freeze in the bottles and explode, which could happen if it sat overnight on a truck); the Lavender lip balm is not just good for your lips, it can make a great balm for chapped cheeks and minor abrasions; and if you find yourself needing more NingXia Red in the middle of a very cold month, order a box of the sachets…they will survive accidental freezing.
Other goodies I keep in our kitchen: elderberry syrup (I make mine like The Mommypotamus does, but I add Thieves at the end once it is cool), marshmallow root to soothe sore throats, fresh organic garlic, organic raw honey, organic apple cider vinegar, capsules I buy in bulk at our local health store, coconut oil, and of course homemade chicken broth which I use Danielle Walker’s recipe for.
So what do you like to keep in your home for wellness support?
