Stocking up the wellness arsenal

The Golden Touch 1 collection. I love this box of goodies! Here’s what comes in it and how they are wonderfully beneficial…

First up, DiGize! This blend is of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Anise, Patchouli, and Lemongrass is all about your digestive system. This is important, folks, because as we all know that the immune system is mostly based in your gut, so it is very important to support your digestive system. Topically, apply to your belly button or the vitaflex points on your feet. You can put DiGize vitality into a capsule (you can put it into a drink, but the flavor is pretty strong) for internal benefits. Use with caution if you are prone to seizures (that applies to Fennel and blends containing Fennel).

Next (I’m going in alphabetical order), we have EndoFlex! It is made up of Spearmint, Sage, Geranium, Myrtle, German Chammomile, and Nutmeg in sesame seed oil. I use this to support my endocrine system, specifically my Thyroid. Two drops daily, good to go. Apply over your Thyroid, lower back, kidneys, liver, and on the vitaflex points for these organs. You may also put EndoFlex vitality in a capsule, if you wish.

Now JuvaFlex! Containing Fennel, Geranium, Rosemary, Roman Chammomile, Blue Tansy and Helichrysum in sesame seed oil, this blend supports the liver and lymphatic system. It’s pretty crucial  to keep your liver and lymphatic system supported…if your toxin filter is clogged, you’re in trouble. Apply over the liver or to the vitaflex point for your liver. You may also make a warm compress with JuvaFlex and OrthoSport or OrthoEase massage oils.

On to Melrose! This blend is great support for healthy skin and ears. Melrose packs quite a punch by combining four powerhouse oils: Rosemary, Tea Tree, Clove, and Niaouli (Tea Tree and Niaouli are two different types of melaleuca). These oils are very effective and work beautifully together. When I had that sinus pressure in my head, I put a drop of Melrose on cotton balls and put them on the openings of my ears. You can also add this to water to do a nice steam treatment, like I did.

Next up, Raven! This is a lovely blend of Ravintsara, Lemon, Wintergreen, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus Radiata that supports the respiratory system. It’s wonderful as a chest/back rub, you can diffuse it, you may also use a warm compress of Raven and our next oil blend, which also supports the respiratory system…

R.C.! This is a relieving respiratory care blend of Myrtle, Eucalyptus Globulus, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Lavender, Cypress, Eucalyptus Radiata, Spruce, and Peppermint. As I mentioned, it pairs with Raven. You may diffuse them alternately, make a vapor rub with R.C., and put it in the water for your steam treatment. I actually rubbed a little directly below my nose recently, and my sinuses started to drain. Relief!

Finally, Thieves! Who doesn’t love this awesome blend?! It supports the immune system, combining Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary, and it is very effective. Apply to your feet, diffuse (I diffuse this a lot during the fall and winter!), and you may add Thieves vitality to a capsule.

This power-packed collection is just $84.75 wholesale, and I still haven’t used up all of mine from two winters ago! (Getting close, though – I’ll be ordering a new one soon.) That shows just how long these babies can last…you only need a little at a time, and if you do a great job of supporting yourself, they can last quite a while. [I know I was going to post this yesterday, but I just couldn’t get it finished in time and bedtime for the little Bouchers is more important than blog posts – sorry!]
